Can landlords let a flat so small that there is no space for any appliances in the kitchen
Can you let a flat without plumbing for a washing machine? And without
space for a fridge? I've found a flat on findaproperty which is being
advertised by agents but the photos look like there is no space for a
washing machine and no fridge. is this allowed? (l have a booking for
tomorrow to double check) l could probably live without washing

Is it allowed in the UK? Yes, it is. There is nothing in any
of the UK legislation that prohibits this at all.
Of course, as others have pointed out, this should be reflected in the
rent that is asked for a property. And if a fair rent is being externally
assessed, it will certainly be taken into account.
Yeah you can, but the thing is it is not going to let very
successfully.
My family are big on the property mark & whatnot, & one of the houses they
looked at buying had just a sideboard with a sink & cooker. You can be
expected to shell out for tabletop washers & fridges, because in all
honesty, that is why it is probably very cheap. If you haven't got the space there, then you can do a fair letting assessment, which will tell you how much you should be paying. If you want anymore help, then hit me up with an email, & by the way, I am in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.. In the UK :)

They can let what ever people will rent.
I don't know about the UK, but in the US it is seldom the
kitchen that has room for a washing machine, but always has room for a
refrigerator. Where else are you expected to keep food? When you view it
if indeed you couldn't put a refrigerator in there it is probably an
illegal apartment

there are frigs and frigs. some are 3 cu ft and others are 12 cu ft

hold on you might come across a bigger one.

it - simple as.
